Rolleiflex TLR camera 1958-61 Franke & Heidecke synchro compur + grey leather

Hi, this is another of my dad's rolleiflex cameras - Franke & Heidecke synchro compur DBP DBGM. This one has grey leather instead of the usual black leather and it looks really nice. Please look at the photos as they form the main description. I believe this is a model K8 T1 produced between 1958 and 1961. It's serial number is T 2112680.

It's bottom lens is a Carl Zeiss lens with Nr1898832 Tassar 1:3.5 f=75mm. The dust you can see on the lens is on the outside, not the inside. I've looked in both the lenses and I can't see any fungus or dust, very clean as far as I can see.

The top lens has Heidosmat 1:2.8/75 2475410 printed on it. It has a light meter built in and it still works complete with the original Rolleiflex diffuser still attached to the case (can be seen in the photos) The timer appears to work fine as does the shutter but is not film tested. The view finder opens nicely and is complete with the pop up'magnifier'. There are a couple of small scratches on the view finder but you can't see them when you're looking to take a picture. All the knobs and buttons turn and push so nothing appears to be stuck or broken.

For its age, it's in really good condition complete with its brown leather case. The case does have some marks on it as you'd expect but as you can see from the photos, they aren't that bad.

The stitching that connects the main case to the extra side bit for the light meter is mainly off but is holding on! (Just thought I'd mention it) Beautiful condition camera for being around 56ish years old.

I don't think you'll be disappointed. Any questions, please ask and I'll do my best to answer. Again, if you require any other photos, just ask.
